This Post Exposes 4 Types of Believers in Christendom!
The Bible tells us in the book of
Romans 10: 8-11
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Which brings us to conclude there are various types of Christians:
1. Believers with the Mouth & Lips Only: This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth and honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me… the draw nigh with their lips but their hearts is far from me. these ones believe with their lips, these are false professors. They are usually faithless and give up easily when tested remember pliable of the famous pilgrims’ progress by John Bunyan.
2. Believers in Heart & Head Only: these are in the secret service, they hid their profession, they are quick to tell you, Religion is personal, I have no idea what to tell people about Christ, so let me concentrate on my personal journey.
3. Unbelieving Believers: these are in church but are diametrically opposed to anything Christian. They are no different from the world, they cavort and revel to the lees.
4. Believers with the Lips and Heart: these are the true believers, heavens treasures on earth they walk the talk and talk the walk, they are faithful and they trust God’s word and are willing to share and testify of God’s goodness.
